At our first meeting in February, we get to know the charming owner and are very excited to see the high-quality craftmanship which clearly went into the construction of her house. With its excellent infrastructure, this wooded suburb in the south-east of Berlin has become a sought-after residential area. In terms of potential buyers for this detached building in the suburbs of the city, we decide to target couples and small families. The property now needs to be presented as well as possible in order to draw the attention of potential buyers to its extraordinary quality, and the opportunities it provides for personal development.

On the day of the photoshoot, we take full advantage of the early morning light to show this timber-framed building off at its best.
