We commission the precise remeasurement of the property and then use this information to draw up floor plans.

Over the course of the sale, a total of 512 emails are exchanged and 27 potential buyers are provided with information about the property. After 6 viewings, it is clear: a fashionable young couple is keen to move from their current place in the city to this wonderful rural property.
